Do you need to see the property in person to write a description?

Nope! As long as you send me the address, photos, and a list of features that add significant value to the property, I will have everything I need. A walk-through video, if available, is icing on the cake, but not required. That means no matter where you're located in the U.S., I can work with you! (Please note I live and work in the EST time zone.)

What photos do you need to write a description?

Photos should include at least one shot of each room/space as well as exterior photos of the home and grounds. My clients typically send me the professional photos they plan to publish with their listing. Photo files can be large, so feel free to email them to me in a zip folder.

What do you mean by "features that add value to the property"?

High-value features may include:

  • Luxury appliance brands like Sub-Zero, Viking, Gaggenau, or Thermador

  • Cost-saving upgrades including energy-efficient windows, solar panels, new heat pump, new roof, and new wiring or plumbing

  • Smart-home upgrades like security systems, smart lighting, connected thermostats, etc.

What do you mean by "custom, ready-to-publish description"?

Every property description I write is crafted thoughtfully and with high attention to detail, based on the photos and features you have provided. I include information specific to each property; in addition to the home itself, this may include proximity to attractions, ease of access to major highways anything that gives potential buyers a "360-degree view" of the home and its location.

Each description is unique to the property, free of typos and tired clichés, and loaded with the features and benefits that make potential homebuyers excited to set up a showing ASAP. In other words, you can publish the descriptions I write for you on your website and any other real estate sites with confidence as soon as you receive them!

Can I get my property descriptions in less than 48 hours?

What's the deadline to submit my info for you to write a property description for me?

I'm located in the EST time zone, so if you send your order to me after 5 p.m. EST, I may not be able to review it and get started until the morning of the next business day.

Will you write my MLS description too?

Yes, for an additional fee. Just let me know what character count you're required to follow. Please see Pricing for more information.

Can't I just write the descriptions myself?

Sure, but why would you want to? You wear so many hats as a Realtor you shouldn't have to be a writer too! Crafting a quality property description takes time you don't have. Let me take that task off your plate!

Do you write descriptions for properties other than homes?

Yes! I can write descriptions for churches, office buildings, apartment buildings, land you name it.

How do you accept payment?

I currently accept credit card payments up front via Venmo.

Do you have a refund policy?

All purchases are final.
